The Platform delivers blended learning programs comprising both online and/or offline educational components.

2.2. By enrolling in any Program, you agree to abide by these Terms and any additional guidelines provided.

4. Program Access and Content

4.1. TProgram access is granted upon successful payment and is valid for the period specified at the time of enrolment.

4.2. The content is provided for individual, non-commercial educational use only. Sharing, duplication, or resale is prohibited.

5. Fees and Payment

5.1. All course and workshop fees are to be paid in full prior to accessing the content.

5.2. Prices are subject to change without notice and include only those items explicitly mentioned on the Program page.

6. Refund and Credit Policy

6.1. We do not provide monetary refunds under any circumstances.

6.2. In the case of genuine issues such as technical failures, program cancellation, or misallocation, the Company may issue refund credits to your EduRiserClassroom.com account at its sole discretion.

6.3. Refund credits:

Are valid only for future enrolments on EduRiserClassroom.com.
Are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Must be used within the Same Financial Year of issuance.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1. All content, materials, videos, courseware, and trademarks on the Platform are the exclusive property of OGSN Private Limited or the course curators.

7.2. No license or right is granted to you to use any intellectual property except as explicitly authorized.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Misuse the Platform for unauthorized or illegal activities.
Violate intellectual property rights.
Attempt to access restricted areas or other users’ accounts.
Use automated systems or bots to extract data.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
